Grand Ballroom and Constellation Hall
The Constellation Hall with expansive floor to ceiling windows sets the stage for the Grand Ballroom. This 6,000 square foot space boasts high ceilings with large beams, and beautiful drop-globe lighting for a striking and gorgeous atmosphere. The Grand Ballroom is ideal for large conferences, but can also be divided into smaller rooms for breakout sessions, meals, and receptions.
Cosmos and Galaxy Ballrooms
The Cosmos and Galaxy Ballrooms are located on our lower level and provide outdoor access to breathtaking views of the hills of Ashland. The Stardust Lounge is the newest addition to the conference center at Ashland Hills Hotel. It features 2470 square feet of event space and can accommodate up to 150 guests. Located on the main level, it includes fireplace seating, a starlit bar, access to the deck overlooking the hills of Ashland, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and retro-modern ambiance. Boardrooms I & II
The two boardrooms are located on the upper level and feature timeless, retro-modern design elements. Perfect for corporate meetings, small groups, breakout sessions, and retreats. The first boardroom can sit 10 people and includes a comfortable couch for convenient meeting breaks as well as soundproof sliding doors. Boardroom two features glass walls on two sides for a modern corporate feel and can comfortably accommodate 6 professionals.
