Grand Ballroom and Constellation Hall

The Constellation Hall with expansive floor to ceiling windows sets the stage for the Grand Ballroom. This 6,000 square foot space boasts high ceilings with large beams, and beautiful drop-globe lighting for a striking and gorgeous atmosphere. The Grand Ballroom is ideal for large conferences, but can also be divided into smaller rooms for breakout sessions, meals, and receptions.

Cosmos and Galaxy Ballrooms

The Cosmos and Galaxy Ballrooms are located on our lower level and provide outdoor access to breathtaking views of the hills of Ashland. Perfect for mid-sized groups, board meetings, and breakout sessions, these event spaces feature large windows and stylish décor. The timeless design makes a great impression while providing highly practical meeting venue.

Stardust Lounge

The Stardust Lounge is the newest addition to the conference center at Ashland Hills Hotel. It features 2470 square feet of event space and can accommodate up to 150 guests reception style. Located on the main level, it includes fireplace seating, a starlit bar, access to the deck overlooking the hills of Ashland, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and retro-modern ambiance. Perfect for corporate luncheons, wine dinners, holiday parties, and social gatherings after corporate meetings.

Board Room

Located on the mezzanine level, the Board Room is a mix of retro and comfort. Perfect for corporate meetings, small groups and breakout sessions, this space can seat up to 10 people at the executive board table.
